It’s Not What You Know, But Who You Know

Incoming high school students are invited to be part of the Teen Reading Club Summer 2011.  The books chosen to be discussed are The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot, Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything  by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner, and Grinding It Out: The Making Of McDonald’s by Ray Kroc.  More information including sign up sheets and parent permission slips can be found at heyworthlibrary.com under the”Programs” tab at the top of the page.  This program includes a field trip, movie, and snacks.  Space is limited.
