Next time you are in the library look for our Elf on the Shelf hiding to report back to Santa about all the good boys and girls visiting the Heyworth Public Library. Our elf has been inspired by the story of the same name written by Carol V. Aebersold and Chanda A. Bell. Remember to not touch the elf or he will lose his magic! You can visit our Facebook page to view all his hiding spots. It’s a great story and a great tradition. Stop by to help us name our elf in our “Name the Elf” contest (ends Friday 12/14/12). All decisions will be judged by the library ladies who have to live with the elf.
Don’t forget to collect Coca-Cola product reward codes to help the library earn summer reading prizes! Bring them to the library all year long so we can add up the rewards for another great summer of reading.
