We are so looking forward to hosting McLean County local authors on May 31st from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.! The library will be hosting FIVE local authors who will be available to meet/greet and sign their latest books. This is the Saturday of HeyDays so mark your calendars!
We will also be kicking off our summer reading for all ages on May 31. You can begin reading to fill in reading logs or summer reading bingo cards for prizes. We are still compiling our prizes from local businesses. Thank you to the First National Bank, Heyworth Subway, Casey’s, Hucks, Dower Auto Sales, Heyworth IGA, Heyworth Hardware, and Pit Row for your donations to the summer reading program. If you have an item to donate for summer reading prizes, please call the library at 473-2313.

Come create, collaborate, and have fun with LEGOs! This is open to first through eight graders. We have space for 15 children each month, please sign up in the library.

Join us as we read the book and then meet to watch the movie. We will then discuss which we liked better and why. Open to all ages, and a great family activity!
