Trick or Treat at the library on Thursday, October 30 from 5 – 8 p.m. Come before, during, or after the Heyworth Halloween Parade!
We will again host the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) at the Heyworth Library on Friday, November 21. LIHEAP representatives will be in the library to assist anyone that would like to apply from noon through 3:30 p.m. Any questions regarding this program can be asked through Mid Central Community Action at 309-829-0691.
VOTER REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE NOVEMBER 4 GENERAL ELECTION. The grace period has begun, effective October 8. You can still register to vote by going directly to the McLean County Clerk’s office at 115 E. Washington St., Room 102, Bloomington, IL; but if you wish to vote in the General Election, you must vote at the time you come in to register to vote or change your address.
The library will be open on Veteran’s day regular hours on November 11, 2014. Thank you to all who serve and have served our country and give us the freedom to read and view our choice of material.
