Rules of the Road Review Course at Heyworth Public Library

The Rules of the Road Review Course gives drivers – especially senior citizens and persons with disabilities – the knowledge and confidence needed to renew or obtain a driver’s license. You do not need a library card to sign up for this free class. Sign up is required to prepare materials and room space. The Office of the Secretary of the State of IL provides this service and instructors to teach the class.  There will be a class in the community room at the library on Wednesday, August 17 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Books from Here, There, and Everywhere

Have you ever wanted a book, audiobook, newspaper, or movie that you are sure the library does not have in its collection? We can help you with that search. We borrow materials all across the state of Illinois for our library cardholders. Genealogists, history buffs, students, and anyone with an interest for materials beyond our walls can make a request. It is a free service we provide called interlibrary loan. We would be happy to help in locating materials for you, just ask at the circulation desk.
