Family Movie Night Coming To the Library

Next Wednesday, March 22, from 10:00 am – noon, Senior Citizen Assistance will be at the library offering help to people over the age of 60 and the disabled with Information and Assistance in filing for local, state, and federal programs. Do you have tax, health care, or legal questions you would like help answering? Community Care Systems, Inc. provides this service from Senior Information Systems Agency for McLean County. Their main office is in Bloomington, IL and can be reached by calling 309-661-6400 or 1-888-322-5712. Walk-ins accepted at the library, no appointments necessary.

Novel Destinations continues through the month of March as we encourage all ages to read for fun prizes. You will receive a ticket for every book, audiobook, eBook or magazine checked out. The tickets will go in a drawing of your choice. Prizes are on display in the library. We will also be holding a family movie night to kick off Spring Break on March 27. MOANA by Walt Disney Pictures will be shown at 6 p.m. in the Community Room. Bring the whole family. Popcorn and water bottles will be available or bring your own snacks and drinks with screw cap lids.
