Copy/Print/Scan

A color copier is available for public use.

A printer is available at the public access computers. This printer can also be accessed from personal devices connected to the printer’s wireless access connection.

Color copies are .50 per page; black and white copies are .15 per page.

Scanning to a public computer or USB is available.

Fax

The library offers eFax services to send and receive faxes.  See a staff member at the front desk for assistance.  The library’s fax number is 309-473-9253. It is .15 per page to receive a fax. It is $2.00 to send a fax up to four pages. The charge is .50 per page for longer faxes.

Public Access Computers

Heyworth Public Library provides public access to three computers for adults and children who are at least 11 years old.  Patrons are allowed one hour of computer time per day on a first-come, first-served basis and may extend their session if no one is waiting.

Anyone wishing to use a computer must sign a Computer Use Agreement.  A Heyworth library card or state-issued photo ID will be required.  Children, ages 11 years to 17 years, must have written permission from a parent or guardian.  Internet use is monitored and access will be denied if violations of the policy occur.

Computers may be reserved up to 24 hours in advance.

Wi-Fi

Free wireless access to the internet is available in the library.  The password is posted in the building.
